Hi, I'm Jodi

Through writing, speaking, learning experiences and creative projects, I explore intentional humanity and how we show up in the world.

heyHUMANTIS is where my interests and ideas come together, fuelled by a curiosity about people, the choices we make and the impact we have on one another.

Whether I'm exploring workplace dynamics, relationships, identity or creativity, I keep coming back to the same idea: intentional humanity. For me, that means showing up, listening closely and being willing to engage with what's real, even when it's complicated.

I founded heyHUMANTIS as a home for my curiosity about people, the choices we make and the impact we have on one another. That curiosity takes different forms. Sometimes it's a book or a conversation. Sometimes it's a learning experience, an article or a creative project. Each offers another way to explore intentionality, question our assumptions and consider how we show up in the world. Here's what I'm creating.

The Book

My debut book, Dare to Be Human at Work, is an invitation to resist the quiet drift so many people experience at work, where performance is rewarded over presence, and survival replaces authenticity.

Since founding heyHUMANTIS in 2018, I've had the opportunity to work with organizations across the public, private and non-profit sectors through consulting, facilitation and training. These collaborations have brought me together with people navigating workplace challenges, questioning established ways of doing things and exploring how to create more human experiences at work. Each has shaped my thinking, challenged my assumptions and contributed to the work I continue to create today.

Whether it's a speaking engagement, a learning experience, a podcast conversation or something entirely different, I'm always thrilled about opportunities to exchange ideas and create something together.
