HR
Guidance
When a situation is unfolding in the workplace — conflict, performance concerns, or a people situation you don’t know how to handle. Receive practical and compassionate guidance to help you think things through, understand your options, and decide what to do next with confidence.
HR Guidance is grounded in employment law and organizational behaviour practices. It's provided with a coaching-style approach — rooted in curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, and respect for your judgment and context.
The aim is to bring clarity, steadiness, and confidence to people decisions — so you can take action knowing it’s thoughtful, informed, and grounded in care.

Human at Work
Training
Sometimes the work isn’t about a single situation — it’s about how work is structured and how people are supported. Workplace Projects may include organizational structure changes, workplace audits, and the development of policies, procedures, and people practices that reflect how work actually happens.
Workplace Projects are comprehensive, strategic, and clearly defined — designed to support thoughtful HR decision-making and aligned with your short-, mid-, and long-term operational goals.
The focus is on building people practices that are aligned with how your workplace actually operates — so intentions turn into action, and action leads to meaningful impact.

When the goal is to strengthen how people show up, communicate, and make decisions at work — Human at Work Training provides learning experiences to build people-work capabilities and capacity. Training is grounded in three interconnected levels: the individual, the team, and the wider workplace culture.
Human at Work Training strengthens people’s capability on the human side of work — building clearer language, stronger judgment, and more grounded ways of working together, not only when challenges arise, but so work functions better overall.
Concentration is placed on practical insight, personal reflections, real-world application, and learning that respects the complexity of human systems at work.

Whether you’re navigating a people decision, rethinking how work is set up, or exploring training, the first step is simply a conversation.

Hi, I'm Jodi - founder of heyHUMANTIS
I believe the heart of good HR work isn’t policies or processes — it’s people.
Humantis means human ties, and that idea sits at the centre of how I work. Strong, thoughtful human connections are what allow workplaces to feel good and get real work done.
My approach is grounded in intentional humanity — showing up, listening closely, and dealing with what’s real. I help organizations navigate people work with clarity and care, and build workplaces that support both the work that needs to be done and the humans doing it.

Who I’ve Worked With

Since 2019, I’ve worked with organizations looking for thoughtful, practical support with the people side of work.
Clients come to me for a partnership that’s grounded, honest, and human — whether they’re navigating challenges, building better ways of working, or supporting their teams' skills.
My approach is straightforward and no-nonsense about being human at work, while still taking the responsibility of people decisions seriously.
