How does it work?
Through a series of questions, clients are encouraged to identify what’s really behind their current objective. Jodi then pressure tests the outcomes and results you think you’re aiming to achieve, in order to determine if your core intention will be met.
For instance, a client may say that their intention is to increase employee engagement. Jodi will pose a number of questions to better understand what influencers are driving this intention. Is it their own lived experience as a disengaged employee? Is it a social pressure to remain competitive in the current talent landscape?
By grounding all of our work in Intentification®, and being honest with ourselves about why we want to accomplish certain things, we can achieve the same success and feel greater personal satisfaction.
